Bio
Janita has been playing the piano for 35 years and teaching for ten years with the last six using the SImply Music method exclusively. She has found the method to be the most creative method she has found in teaching piano as the students are playing blues, jazz, classical, accompaniment and classical pieces from their very first lessons with an emphasis on composition and improvisation from the start. Janita has a contagious love for Simply Music, the piano and people. If you have a desire to play the piano, we can make it happen!

I had taken piano lessons briefly at the age of 7 yrs. Now almost 50 years later, I felt I was too busy and too old to take the time needed to learn piano.
