Omaha Piano Instructor: Laurie Richards

Bio
Laurie is a traditionally trained pianist and flutist. She comes from a family of talented musicians, so she has been fortunate to have been surrounded by music her entire life. She is very involved in planning and playing music at her church, and formerly taught Kindermusik and traditional piano lessons.

Laurie has played piano for 30+ years and has always loved having music as a companion. With the Simply Music program she has discovered a refreshing, new philosophy in music education and a new world of opportunities for both student and teacher.

Laurie enjoys life with her husband, 3 children, 3 cats, 1 dog, and 2 pianos. She has a B.S. from the University of Nebraska.
